Providing Compassionate Behavioral Health Services Since 1972

To access services please come to the office during our Same-Day Access (SDA) hours. We are open for assessments Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Friday from 8 a.m. to noon.  

Crisis assessments are available 24 hours per day, seven days per week for acute psychiatric emergencies.  Individuals can call our crisis line for assistance at 276-336-8320.

PCS offers a wide range of services to address mental health needs.  Service providers are qualified professionals with training and experience in specialized program areas. 

Our Community Support Division promotes the development of person-centered services for individuals with behavioral health and developmental disabilities. 

PCS offers substance use and recovery services including peer support, outpatient treatment and therapy, office-based addiction treatment, and case management.

PCS prevention services focus on early intervention through community outreach and programming to empower individuals to make healthier choices and build resilient futures.
